Our eCommerce service provider, Avangate, supports changing the payment details through their support interface. Please follow the steps below to change your billing details:
Log in to PadiAct and visit the Account Settings page. Lower on the page, in the Invoices section, click on the link “Change payment details”:
In the Avangate support section, find the link named “Update credit card info” and click on it.
Enter the new credit card details and Save.
If for any reason you are unable to change the payment details, please write to firstname.lastname@example.org with your request. We will cancel your old payment and offer you a link to initiate a new order where to fill in the new billing details.
